The Information of Thomas Granger< no role > of Lyons Inne in the County
of Middlesex gent taken upon Oath this 18th day of October 1706
who Sayes that Thomas Warren< no role > this deponents Clarke hath lived wth him
for about a yeare last past & that in [..] this and, Vacacon
he this deponent had occasion severall times to goe into the County [..] left the said
Thomas Warren< no role > is toune in this deponents alehouse to doe this deponents business that Upon [..]
examinacon of the Said Warrens Accounts andseeingfaiding a letter from [..]
Mr Palmer this deponents Clyent complayneing that the wat [..]
wth he had sent for were not sent or not reserved this deponent did on
Saturday last against the Said Warren that he feared he had
not Sent the Said writte & that he would on [..] le then next Sunday examine unto his Accounts who very pertly answered this deponent
that they were sent & for his better Satisfaccon this deponent [..]
Search the Dockette in the Queens Bench office & he [..] ht find
them there entired but this deponent held & Saith he hall b [..] Since
informed that the said untto all severall others [..] charged by the
said Warren to this deponents account as Sned at & are not entred
This deponent further Sayth that to the best of this deponent [..]
there are but two keys to the Lock on this deponents Chember [..]
one of wth this deponent keeps & the said Warren hath the other [..]
this deponent further deposeth that on Saturday night last this
deponent went form his Said Chemberaboutbetweene eight &
Nine ye the Clock locked his Study dore & left the said Warren there & was not at his Chamber
till Sunday night Case after such time as he had notice that his
Chamber was on fire
