which Child I am credibly informed is long since dead and noe

that his recognizance ought discharged

under an Indictment and recognizance att Hickshall
of long standing
which I understand hath been respited sevall times by reason of his being beyond
Sea Mr. Rowe. Sollicitor
to the Company acquaints me that Capt. Lesly is
Still in the Companys Service (if alive) and beyond the Seas, therefore I third
itt reasonable that the recognizance of him and his bail ought to be further
respited and not estreated Mr. Rowe will pay you your Fees for the
Same.
