It is Ordered that the hearing and determination the matter of an Appeal
between the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
Mildred Bread Street
Appellants and the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
respondents touching the settlement of

and her Infant Child which stood duly adjourned unto this
day Do stand further adjourned until the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said County and on Notice hereof in the mean
time to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
they and all Persons concerned do
attend the Court at Hicks Hall
aforesaid on Thursday the fourteenth
day of January next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day
to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal.
