holden is and for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall is Saint John
Street helf on the Seventh Day of December in the Nineteen
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said
County of Middlesex Have Notice of the Within Appeal and
They and all Persons concerned do Attend the Court on Thursday
Next at Nine o'Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said
Appeal
