Oath and say and first this Dept Thomas Elliott< no role >
for
himself Saith that in October Session last he this Depont
was Indicted by the abovenamed prosecutor for an
Assault and a Bench Warrant was made out against
this Deponent but the said Warrant was never served
which matter was afterwards settled but this Dept
being ignorant of the Lan neglected to get my
General Release not Knowing any Consequence
might Attend on account of such Neglect and this Dept
