THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under the Com-
mission of Bankrupt awarded against ALEXANDER THOMSON< no role >

THE Creditors of WILLIAM PHILPS< no role > , formerly of Turn-
ham-Green and late of Teddington , both in the County of Middlesex ,
Gardener , but last a Prisoner for Debt in Newgate, and discharged therefrom
at the Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden at Hicks's Hall , in St. John's
Street , in the said County of Middlesex , on the 14th Day of September inst.
by Virtue of an Act of Parliament passed in the 18th Year of the Reign of his
present Majesty, entiltled, "An Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, and
for the Relief of Bankrupts in certain Cases," are desired to meet at the Blue

THE Creditors of MARIA STUART< no role > . foremerly of
Portland - Street , and late of Charlotte- Street ; both in the
County of Middlesex , Spinster , but Since a Prisoner discharged from the
King's Bench Prison , at the General Special Session held at Southwark , in
the County of Surry, on the 3d Day of July last, by Virtue of the last Infol-
vant Debtors Act, are desired to meet at the House of Mr. Dudfield, the Sign
of the Antigallican, Temple-Bar , on Monday the 5th Day of October next, at
Five o'Clock in the Afternoon, in order to chuse an Assignee or Assignees of

G. FORDYCE, M. D. F. R. S. senior Physician to St.
Thomas's Hospital , will begin his LECTURES, viz, on the MATE.
RIA MEDICA, and PRACTICE of PHYSICK, at Eight in the Morning,
and on CHEMISTRY at Nine, at his House, in Essex-Street , in the Strand,
where Proposals may be had.

ANATOMY. On Tuesday next, the 29th inst. at Two
o'Clock, Mr. SHELDON, Surgeon , and Mr. BLACKALL., Sur-
geon, and late Teacher of Anatomy in Dublin, will begin their autumnal
Course of ANATOMICAL and CHIRURGICAL LECTURES, at their
Theatre, in Grent Queen-Street , Lincoln's Inn Fields , London. Proposals
of the Course may be had by applying to Mr. Sheldon, or Mr. Blackall,
Great Queen-Street .

WHITESHED. If any Person can give Information
concerning RICHARD< no role > and ELWARD WHITESHED< no role > , both late
of Uxbridge, in the County of Middlesex , Day Labourer, and both the
Brothers of William Whiteshed< no role > . late of Uxbridge aforesaid, Baker. who died
[..] out five or six Years ago, whether they are living or dead, if having where
[..] can be heard of, and if dead where they died, the Parties themselves, it
[..] may hear of something to their Advantage, and the Informer shall be

House, consisting of three or four Bed-Chambers, a Parlour, Kitchen,
sec. sit [..] te in Surry, and not exceeding 12 Miles from London; Mitcham, Toot-
ing, or Streatham, will be most agreeable, Direct to A. B. at the Baptist's
Head Coffee-House, Aldermanbury , describing the Particulars.

BOARD and Lodging. A Lady who lives about five Miles
from Town, in a very airy Situation, good Neighbourhood, and very
convenient for Stage-Coaches, would be glad to board and lodge a single Lady,
or two Sisters, a Mother and Daughter, or a Lady and her Maid; as the Lady
wishes this more for the Sake of Company than Profit, none but those whose
Characters will bear the strictest Enquiry will be attended to. Direct to A. B.

A Gentleman may be accommodated with a Bed-Chamber
and Dining-Room, genteely furnished, where there are no Children or
Lodgers, and may board if agreeable, In the Neighbourhood of Charterhouse-

Bed-Chamber without the Dining-Room.

WANTED immediately, a Surgeon for a Privateer. Apply

WANTED for a Druggist and Chymist without the City, a
Man who understands the re [..] il Trade; he must have lived some
Time in London, and have a good Character from his last Place. Enquire at

AN Usher wanted, some Time next Month., at a Boarding
School in the Country, to touch English Grammar, the Classicks,
Writing, and Accounts occasionally. Direct, Post-paid, to R. K. at Mr.

WANTED immediately, a Person every Way qualified for
a Teacher in a Ladies Boarding-School; she must teach French
graramatically, speak it fluently and correctly, and understand Needleworks in
general; her Age near to 30 or upwards, and must have been used to the Em-
ployment. Enquire at Mr. Scarr's, Haberdasher , Great Russell-Street , Co-
vent-Garden.

BREWERY. Wanted near Town, an Abroad Clerk and
House Cooper, both must he well acquainted with the Business, and

WANTED by a Brewer in Dublin, a Broad Cooper,
whose Character will hear the strictest Enquiry. Any such may be
employed by addressing a few Lines to D. F. at New Bloyd's Coffee-House .
and mentioning where he has been employed, by and from whom his Cha-
racter may be learned.

WANTED a Journeyman Tallow-Chandler and Soap-
maker who understands both Branches well, for the Country, where
good Wages will be given. Enquire of Mr. Mitchener, Great White-Lion-

WANTED an Errand-Boy, from 14 to 16: must be well
recommended. Enquire at Jenkinson's Register Office, opposite
Northumberland. House, Charing-Cross .

WANTED to engage as a Traveller, in Liquor, Oil,
Hops, Grocery , or any other Business, a steady Man of Address, who
can be well recommended, and by travelling through most Counties in this
Kingdom has Connections that may be of Service to his Employer. Address

WANTED to go Abroad in a very advantageous Situation
several Carpenters, Joiners , Millwrights , Wheelwrights , Turners ,
Founders, and Smiths, in most Branches of that Business; if Foreigners or
married it is no Objection. Enquire of Mr. Johnson, through the Passage
of No. 13, North-Row , Carnaby-Market , any Morning between Nine and
Twelve. No Workmen need apply but such as can turn their Hands to the
above Businesses.

WANTS a Place, as Clerk to an established House in the
Hop Trade, a Young Man, who has been for some Time past in a
reputable House of the Trade in Worcester ; he has no Objection to tra-

A Young Man of Repute is desirous of Employ either in a
shop or Warehouse; has no Objection to carry out small Parcels,

PHAETON to be sold, second-hand, it is built in a very
elegant Stlle, has the first Wheels on, and cost 70 Guineas, the Gentle-
man has no Farther Use for it; also a very good, second-hand, one-horse
Chaise and Whiskey, and a pohey Phaeton. Enquire at Mr. Hay's, Coach-
maker , Surry-Side of Westminster-Bridge .

TO be sold, the Property of a Gentleman who has no
farther Occasion for her, as good a Road Mare as most in England, is
Mistress of 16 Stone, and found all but one Eye. Enquire at the Horse and
Groom, St. John's Street , near Smithfield . Also a good Hack to be sold.

TO be sold, just come off a Journey, at Mr. Barrington 's
Livery-Stables , the Angel, in the Fleet-Market , a bay Gelding, six
Years old, 14 Hands three Inches high, fit to carry 14 Stone, and does it all his
Paces we'l; the lowest Price 15 Guineas.

TO be sold, an exceeding handsome Forrester, 13 Hands
one Inch high, five Years old, warranted sound, does all his Paces
well, and sides quiet; also a strong black Gelding, 14 Hands three Inches
high, five Years old, [..] for the Road, and goes quiet in Harness; they are
not to be sold for any Fault, but the Owner has no farther Use for them. En-
