is Absconded for fear of being Arrested by one Mr. Luke

this Deponent verily believes that it was the intention of the

and his Wife to have Pleaded
to the Indictment preferred against them this Sessions
pursuant to their Recognizance if it had not been for the
Reasons aforesaid And this Deponent is informed and
verily believer that the said Defendant William Smiths
Affirs are in a Prospect of being Settled but not with standing
that he this Deponent has made all the diligent Enquiry
