Gentleman maketh Oath that he this Deponent did see Peter
Davis< no role > of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the said
County of Middlesex Watchman Sign Seal and as his Act
and Deed in due form of Law deliver the Instrument in
Writing hereunto annexed bearing Date the Ninth Day of
June now last past purporting to be a general Release
from the said Peter Davies< no role > to the therein named Francis
Plowden< no role > Esquire and that the Name of the Deponent
subscribed as a Witness to the Execution of the said general
Release is of the proper Hand writing of this Deponent.
