Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex Clothworker
and Jane Patient< no role > his Wife did at the last General Session of the Peace holden
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County aforesaid in did and
cause to be Indicted Elizabeth< no role > the wife of John Hardwick< no role > of Hackney Road aforesaid
Carpenter for unlawfully Assaulting the said Jane Patient Now Know all
Men by these presents that the said Caleb Patient< no role > and Jane his Wife have and
each of them hath respected released and for ever discharged and by these Present
do remine release and for ever discharge the said John Hardwick< no role > and Elizabeth
his Wife their remin Execution and Administrator of and from the said Assault
and all Prosecution and Prosecution Action Assault or Actions whatsoever for and
in respect of the said Assault or any other Assault or Assaults Battery or
Batteries which against the said John Hardwick< no role > and Elizabeth his Wife
they ever had now have or which they or either of them hereafter can Shall or
May have for upon or by reason of the same from the Beginning of the
