Jeffs Inwood< no role > of the Hamlet of Pinnor in the parish
of Harrow in the County of Middlesex School master maketh
Oath and Saith that he this Deponent is one of the Churchwardens
of the said Hamlet and that on or about the Twenty first
day of May 1778 one Thomas Watkins< no role > was taken up for
unlawfully begetting Eleanor Deacon< no role > with Childof which
she is now pregnantand when born in likely to become
Chareable to the said Hamlet and this Deponent further
Saith that the said Thomas Watkins< no role > hath not as Yet I car
any Indemnification of the said Hamlet for the same

Sworn in Court this 18th.
day of July 1788}
