The King against John Dore Hill< no role > on the Prosecution
of Robert Venables Hinde< no role > Esquire For Perjury

Richard Highway< no role > of Cliffords Inn London Gentleman Maketh Oath
and Saith that Robert Venables Hinde Esquire is a Material Witness
on behalf of our Lord the King in this prosecution and without whose
testimony the Prosecutor cannot proceed to the Trial of this Indictment
and this Deponent saith that the said Robert Venables< no role > Hinde is now
a Prisoner in the Kings Bench Prison and that he is to be removed
to Guildford in the County of Surry on Wednesday next in order to his
being discharged under the late Insolvent Debtors Act and that the
Defendant hath thought proper to give Notice for Trial of this
Indictment as on Wednesday next And this Deponent Saith that
in Case the said Robert Venables Hinde is not Removed to Guildford
on that day he will lose the opportunity of being discharged at that
time.
