To the Worshipful the Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their GeneralQuarter
Session of the Peace for the said County assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Overseers of the
Liberty of the Rolls in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order Pess Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of George Alleged and Richard Aulse< no role > Esquire
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County (one whreof
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 25th. Day of May 1778
Ann Phillips< no role > Wife of Thomas Phillips< no role > was removed and
conveyed by the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
from and out of their said Parish of Saint Mary le bone to the said
Liberty of the Rolls as the Place of her last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners concerning themselves to be aggrived
by the said Order or Pass Warrant humbly appeal against
the same to your Worships and pray relief in the Premises
And that a Day in this present Session may be appointed
for the hearing and determining the said Appeal.
