You were bound for the Appearance of Rosamond
Gregory
< no role > at December Session last
at the GUILDHALL, in King-Street, Westminster , who not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying ten
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels ; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the GUILDHALL aforesaid
on the 27th Day of April next.
