Thomas Weldon< no role > of the Parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman , maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent did on the
fifth day of January Instant, see the within named Thomas Roylance< no role >
sign seal and deliver the General Release contained on the other side hereof
And this Deponent further saith that the Name of Thomas Roylance< no role > set
and subscribed opposite to the seal affixed to the said General Release
is the Proper Hand Writing of the said Thomas Roylance< no role > , And that the
Name of Thomas Weldon< no role > thereto set as one of the subscribing Witnesses
to the said General Release, is the Proper Hand Writing of this Deponent.
