severally make Oath and Say And first this Depont

for himself Saith that he did on the Fourteenth day of this Instant
January make a Tender and pay down to the prosecutor in the
presence of Mr. Jobson his Sollicitor at the Mitre in Union Street

aforesaid the Sum of Five Guineas being all the
Monies that the said Defendant could raise (as he informed this
Deponent) in lieu and Satisfaction for Damage the prosecutor
Sustained in this Cause And this Deponent further Saith that
