Mary Horten< no role > Widow [..] prosecutrix of in
an indictment in the above Cause maketh Oath and
saith That she was served with the
annexed notice of Trial in the above Cause
by the Defendants Attorney personally
and that in consequence thereof the
the said Mary Horten< no role > hath attended
this Court for the purpose of Trial.
And this Deponent further saith
that the hath not recd. any Order or
notice of Countermand of Trial in
the above Cause. And Lastly this
Deponent saith that during the above
attendance at this Court she hath
conversed with the said Attorney to
the said Defendant who never informed
or mentioned anything of deferring a
Countermand of notice of Trial in the
above Cause.
