their Poverty and Long Confinement not to mention
the many Infected Prisoners who from time to time
are sent to remain in these Jails from Newgate .

That as the Trouble and
Expence brought upon your Petitioner by this great [..]

he hopes that this Court will have the Goodness to
take his Case into Consideration and afford him
