MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex , at the Guildhall in King Street Westminster Hicks Hall, in John Street ,
(by adjournment) on Thursdaythe sixteenth
Day of October in the seventeenth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, King of
Great Britain, Etc.

It is ordered that the Hearing and determining the Matter of an Appeal
between the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint John
Hackney Appellants and the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Christ Church respondents touching the settlement of Mary Harvey< no role > This name instance is in set 4800. and
her two Children which duly adjourned unto this day Do stand further
adjourned until the next General Session of the peace to be holden for the said
County and on notice here of in the mean time to be given unto the Church wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Christ Church Middlesex they and all
Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Guildhall aforesaid on Thursday
the fourth day of December next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal
