paid and so this Deponent did not pay it

And this Deponent John Gray< no role > for himself saith that while the
said Lucy Connor< no role > was in Custody he saw the said Henry Britt< no role >
in Church Street Spital Fields who told this Deponent that he
had locked the said Lucy Connor< no role > up in the Strong Room And this
Deponent further saith he afterwards went to the said Justice
Penleaze and told him, he insisted that the said Lucy Connor< no role >
had a Right to be discharged, or committed, and then the said
Justice ordered her before him, and discharged her,
