It was moved and Seconded that the Clerk of the peace for this County
do write to the Clerk of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster
to inform him that his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County
of Middlesex do conceive that they no power to order the paymt
of the Sum Mentioned in their order of the 10th. of October Instant upon
the Treasurer of this County but that his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County are ready to unite with the Gentlemen in the Commission
of the Peace's for the City and Liberty of Westminster in obtaining a
Power from Parliament for this purpose

After much debate this Question was with drawn and it was then
moved that the Treasurer for this County do refuse to pay the Sum of Money
mentioned in and ordered to be paid by theorderabove mentioned order
of the Westminster Sessions and the same was agreed to Nem con.

It was also moved and Seconded that if any Action or Judicial
Proceeding be brought against the Treasurer for this County for
or respect to the order made upon him by his Majestys Justices of
