It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the Matter of
an Appeal between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Saint Mary Newington Surry
Appellants and the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
respondents touching the settlement of Elizabeth Loft< no role >
and her two Children
which stood duly adjourned unto this Day Do stand further adjourned
until the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this County
and on Notice hereof in the mean time to be given to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
they
and all persons concerned do attend this Court at Hicks Hall
aforesaid
on Thursday the twelfth day of September next at the hour of nine in
the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
