A Complaint having been made to the Court of General Qr Session
of the Peace holden for the County of Middx this day of your ill Behaviour on then
first day of this Session [..] at Westmr. [..] It
is ordered that you do attend the Court here sittg
at 5 of the Clock this afternoon to answer for
[..] such misbehaviour and you are required to Conform hereto as you will
wish to avoid a representation to the Great Seal
