At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King Holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in
and for the County of Middlesex on Monday the fourth
day of December in the Sixteenth year of the Reign of over
Sovereign Lord George the third and in the year of our Lord
one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy five

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary lebone in the
Said County Have notice of the Within Appeal and that they and
all persons Concerned Do attend this Court Thursday next at
Nine of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
