That by Virtue of an order or pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Two of His Majestys Justices of
the Peace
in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster

whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twelfth day
of October 1775.

aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrant humbly Appeal
to your Worships against the same and that the Benefit of
the said Appeal be saved unto them and the hearing and
