Gentlemen maketh Oath that he did see the within named Bartholomew
Duggan< no role > and Patrick Duggan< no role > Sign Seal and as their Acts and Deeds
deliver the within written Release And that the Mark ( [mark] ) appearing to be
set against the Seal of the said Bartholomew Duggan< no role > And the Name
"Patrick Dugan" appearing to be Subscribed against the Seals of the said
Patrick Duggan< no role > were respectively made and wrote by them in the
presence of this Deponent and the other subscribing Witness John Zapernon< no role >
And that the Name "John Zapernon" appearing to be subscribed to the Said
Release as an attesting Witness to the execution thereof with this Deponent
is the proper Hand Writing of the said John Zapernon< no role > and was wrote by
him in the Presence of this Deponent
