which was agreed to in April Session last/many
orders being made thereon of the Nuture of standing
orders; and which therefore by the printed Rules
should be confirmed.
That the act does
not destroy the right
The opinion of the Court is desired whether the
Act of Parliament for the Relief of Prisoners charged
with felony or other Crimes who shall be

or discharged by Proclamation respecting the
payment of last to Goalers and giving a recompanse
for such Fees out of the County Rates extends to
the deprivation of the right of the Clock of the peace's
Fees for persons discharged under the same
