Westminster to Wit July 12th. 1775

We the under written
being two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City
and Liberty do hereby Certify that we have caused to be examined
the Bill hereunto annexed for Bread delivered to the Prisoners
in Custody in Tothill Fields Bridewell and we do also Certify
that Peter Jackson< no role > Baker to the said Gaol hath made Oath
before us that the Account of the Money in the said Bill is
a Just and true Account to the best of his Knowledge

Given under our Hands this Twelfth Day of July 1775.
