Deeply Imprest with a Sense of
GratiutGratitude for the kind notice you look
of my Affair hoping I may one Day have it in
my Powr to exprese it by Deads and not words
and Hertly Sorry to Truble your Honor
with my Trefles in the midst of fur Greater
Concerns I see you Engag'd in but being orderd
hear by the Court this Day in order that
Mason Might Make up the Affair and having
lost 3 Days work about it already and now I
am Come with the Prosecuters for to make it
up I find Mason is not to be found they tell
mee he is gon out of Town and will not be
back till 4 o Clock Sir John having a Large
Family to work for and being fearfull if I should
not get it don this Sessions I should have the
same lose of Time againe and as Mason told me
he would make me no Recompence for my
expenses with out an Action and being quite un aquanted
with the forms of Law are the Method of this Court beg
your Honor to put it in a Train of Settling without
giving any Intruption to other Afairs I should be
exceedingly oblidged to yow and Remains Sir your
very oblidged Humble Servant
