where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the 20th. of Octr. last Ann Powell< no role > Wife of Francis
Powell< no role > and her Son William< no role > of the Age of 8 Years or thereabouts New removed and conveyed
from sd. Liberty to the sd. Parish of Sr. George Bloomsbury as the Place of their last legal
Settlemt.

That Petrs. conceive themselves agreed by the
Adjudication of sd. two Justices therefore humbly Appeal
against same And pray a Day in the present Session for
the hearing and determining sd. Appeal

Whereupon an Order over made for the Attendance of the Parties on this Day to hear
the Determination of the Court touching sd. Appeal
