Joseph White< no role > of the Parish of Saint John of Wapping
in the County of Middlesex Watchmaker Maketh Oath
and Saith that her was personally present on the Fourteenth
day of December last and did see Major Wright the
Vestry Clerk in the Certificate hereto ann [..]
sign his Name to the said Certificate And that he this
Deponent did also see William Handy< no role > one of Overseer
of the Poor of the Parish in the said Certificate mentioned
sign his Name as a Witness to such Certificate And this
Deponent further saith that the Names Major Wright
and Wm. [..] Handy< no role > so subscribed in manner aforesaid
to the said Certificate are of their each of their Hand
Writing respectively.
