Ann Jone of Artichoak Lane in the Parish of Saint
George in the East in the County of Middlesex and
Isabella Wallis< no role > of Virginia Street in the same
parish severally make oath and Say and first this
Deponent Ann Jones< no role > for herself Saith that she
has been at the House of the Prosecutrix in Virginia
Street aforesaid and found the same Locked up and
all the Goods removed and was Informed on Enquiry
in the neighbourhood that the said Keith had
taken away all his goods on the morning of
the 9th of January Instant and that she could
not find any Person who could give any
Information to this Deponent where the said
Keith was gone but they believed into the County
and this Deponent further Saith that on Friday
the 6th Instant the day the Prosecutrix was
Served with Notice of [..] lin this Cause she
this Dept. was in Company with the Prosecutrix
when the Prosecutrix informed this Deponent
that she should not attend to Prosecute the said
George Bell< no role > and wished it was Ended at any
Rate and that she did Consent to its being
Ended and this DeponentAnn Jone
