severally make oath and first the Deponent RobertMaketh OathMake Saith
That the Indictment in the same Cause was preferred
and found in October Session last And the Defendant
Gideon Keith Pleaded Not Guilty there to in December
Session following And Entred into a Recognizance with
Sureties to Prosecute and Try his Traverse in January
Session following but hath not so done, neither does
this Depenent believe he the said Defendant [..]
Save any Notice of Trial for such Session
And further Saith That the Prosecutor Robert
Burroughbridge
< no role > was under Recognizance to Appear in October Session last and
Answer the Complaint of the Defendant in this Cause
for Assaulting him Which Recognizance this
Deponent got Discharged that Session no Indictment

And this Deponent further Saith That some short
time after December Session last being on a Sunday
Morning this Deponent was sent for by the Prosecutor
in this Cause to go to him at Mr. Armstrongs one of
the Sheriffs Officers for the County of Middlesex where
this Deponent found the said Robert Burroughbridge< no role >
