Resolutions of the Committee

That the Chairman do deliver the Report with Original List annexed
to the Court and that the same be Read.

That each Justice do Cut off the first Collumn of the Printed List and
to seartch against the Number of the Names he proposes to be
Elected.

That any List containing more or less than the Number Ordered
by the Court be rejected.

That each Justice do deliver in his List rolled up to the Chairman to be
put into a Bowl to be provided for that Purpose.

That two Secutineers be Elected by the Court to examine the Lists
and Report the Numbers and Names Scratched.

That the Ballot be kept open for one Hour after the first List
put in

That the Ballot be taken in open Court
