Please to Move that the Defts Recognizances may
be respited on Account that the Prosecutor have settled the
above two sevl. prosecutions and Exented Genrl. Releases to
Defts, and the Defts have been obliged since to go to General
on particular Business and therefore can't to [..] in Town till
towards the middle of they present Session to plead to the 2
sevl. Indictmts. upon the Releases, so as to get rid of the
Recognizances.

Please to Observe that this shod. been proved as last
Session,but asor on the Adjornmt. day, but as these has been
no Adjournmt. day since last Session, It becomes necessary
to move it the first on mondaywhich Mr. Silvester will
please to do accordingly
