to receive & convey Vagabonds there lodged to their respective settlements Etc. for £:200 P Annum
& 6d. for the subsistance of each Vagabond as aforesaid, And it further appeared to the Committee
that sd. Adams was allowed £50 P Annum more in the year [..] 1766. making in the whole £:250 exclusive of the
allowance for subsistance [..] but no entry of this order for this augmentation appears in the
minute book of the Session nor has the [..] Son of the late James Sturges Adams< no role > any Copy thereof

The County Treasurer according to an Order of the Committee laid the following Account
before them (vizt.) Middx-An Account of money annually paid for apprehending maintaining and.
passing or conveying Vagrants in through and out of this County from the 2d. august 1758 to the 2d. day of August

1773 inclusive and from that time to the 2d. day
of April 1774

-ing them by each Magistrate taken from the County Treasurers Entry Books beginning Fo 124
3d. Book and Ending Fo 34 Fourth Book to which account the Committee dated the average
allowance made by each Majistrate as follows.
