The humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removed under the hands and Seals of Banett
and Geo: Stubbs< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the City and
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Thirtieth Day of July last
William Burton< no role > aged Eight Years was removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Margaret in the City of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields as the Place of his last legal Settle-
-ment Whereby Your Petitioners conceive Themselves
to be Aggreived

Your Petitioners Therefore Pray
that this Court will be Pleased to
Appoint some Day in This Present
Session for the hearing and Determining
of the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners will
