YOU were bound for the Appearance of
Edward White< no role > at September Session last
at Hicks-Hall , who not appearing, your Reconizance is
become forfeited; and will be Estreated into the Court of
Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed for the
levying £50 on your Goods and Chattels; unless
Care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a
Respite at the next Session, which will begin at Hicks-Hall
on the 17 Day of October Instant
