To the Worshipful Justices now Assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall

The humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Magdalen Bermondsey
in the County of Surry

Sheweth.


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of Thomas
Edwards
< no role > and George Wright< no role > Esquire two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (One
whereof being of the Quorum bearing date the sixth day
of September last Moves May was removed from the Parish
of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Mary
Magdalen Bermondsey in the County of Surry

Yours Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Orders humbly Appeal asained
the same and Pray such Relief as to your
Worships shall seem Meet.And your
Petitioners further Pray that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Said James may< no role > be Ordered to produce
at the hearing of this Appeal the Examination
taken before the said Justices touching the
Settlement of the said Moses May< no role > And also
the Person or Persons so Examined

And Your Petitioners shall ever prays
