Guilty fined 6/8

James Stuard< no role > of the Hamlet of Mile End New Town in the County
of Middlesex Victualler on a heth Oath that the this Deponent did
see David Wilmot< no role > and Burford Camper< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County sign and seal the Certificate
here unto annexed and this Deponent further saith that the Names
of David Wilmot< no role > and Burford Camper set and subscribed opposite to
the Seals affixed to the said Certificates are the respective proper Hand
Writings of the said David Wilmot< no role > and Burford Camper and that
the Name of James Stuard thereto set, as a subscribing Witness to
the said Certificate is the proper Handwriting of this Deponent.

Sworn in Court the 15th.
