To the Worship full His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Giles in the Fields in
the said County

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of John Barnfather< no role > and George Wrighte< no role > Esquires two His
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Seventeenth day of August last Anne Hacket< no role >
wife of John Hacket< no role > and their two Children namely Elizabeth< no role >
aged two years the 7th. day of December last and Mary< no role > aged Three
Months were Removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Mary Le Bone in the said County to the said Parish of Saint
Giles in the Fileds as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Ann Hacket and said two Children

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves Aggrieved
by the Adjournment of the said two Justices Humbly
Appeal to this Court against the same And pray your
Worships to Appoint a day in this present Sessions
for the hearing and determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners will Pray Etc
