Comes in his proper Person and having had the said
Indictmt. read, he Says that he from the time of his Natioity
was always called and known by the Christian name
George, And by the Sur Name of Unsworth, and so is Still
called, Named and known, without this, that he was ever
reputed, Named or known, by the Christian name of Thomas
or by the Sir name of Answorth, And this he is ready [..]
verify Wherefore he prays Judgment of the said Indictments
and that the same may be quashed
