To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justice of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex at their General
Quarter Session of the peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint George in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals
of Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace (to wit) J Gridler Esquire and Stephen
Clark
< no role > Esquire (one being of the Quorum) in and for the County of Middlesex
bearing Date the Thirtyeth Day of May now last past Thomas Hoar< no role > Aged Sixty
Six Years and Sarah his Wife were Removed from that part of this Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn which his above the Bars in the County of Middlesex attend did parish
of Saint George

And the said Two last Mentioned Justices of the peace in and by the said
[..] of Removal Adjudged the last Legal Settlement of the said Thomas Hoare< no role >
and Sarah< no role > his Wife to be in the said Parish of Saint George

That Your Petitioners are Advised and believe that the last Legal
Settlement of the did Thomas Hoar< no role > and Sarah< no role > his Wife within the said Parish
of Saint George asly the said Order is Supposed and therefore they Conceive themselves
to be Aggrieved by the said Order and Determination of the said Two Justices
and Do humbly Appeal to your Worships against the same

Your Petitioners therefore as well on the part and behalf of themselves
as of the Inhabitants and Parishioners of the said Parish of Saint George Do
Humbly pray that the said Order of Removal of the said Thomas Hoar< no role >
and Sarah his Wife from that part of the said Parish of Saint Andrew
holborn which lies above the Barrs as aforesaid to the said Parish
of Saint George may be Quashed and that your Worships would
Please to make such for then Order therein for the Reimburring
and paying your Petitioners the Costs and Expences they have been
part to in Maintaning and providing for the said Thomas hoar
and Sarah his Wife in Obedience to the said order and that your Petitioners
may be further and otherwise Relieved in the premises as to your Worships
shall seem Meet

And Your Petitioners will ever pray Etc
