To the Church-Wardens and Over seers of the Poor of
that Part of the Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn
which lies above the Bars, in the County of
Middlesex : And to the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
George in the said County
and to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
(whereof One is of Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of that Part of the Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn which
lies above the Bars in the said County; That [..]
Aged Sixty Six years & Sarah his Wife
are
lately come to inhabit in the said Part of the Said Parish of St.
Andrew, Holborn not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor
produced any Certificate owning them to be
Settled elsewhere: And it appeareth unto Us the said Justices and we
do Adjudge, that they are likely to be
chargeable to the said Part of the said Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn ,
and upon Examination of the said Thomas Hoar< no role >
taken upon Oath that
farther appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise and [..]
the Parish of St. George afsd. in the [..]
of Middlesex
in the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Thomas Hoar< no role > and Sarah< no role > his Wife

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name, to Charge and Com-
mand the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Part of the said Parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn forthwith to
remove and convey the said Thomas Hoar< no role > and
Sarah< no role > his Wife
from and out of the said Part of the said Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn ,
to the said Parish of Saint George

and deliver them
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to
some or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for
them according to Law: Given under Our Hands and Seals
the 30th. Day of May One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Seventy Four
