James Place< no role > the Prosecutor Against John Gresham< no role > for
an Assault declared to [..] that offence was Committed
in the County therefore returned the Recognizance toat Hicks's
Hall but instead of appearing there he indicted in the City
and then never appeared upon that Indictment
Daniel Higginbotham< no role > was bound to give Evidence for
James Place accordingly and appeared but was never
called he received a Subpoena for the City and attended
which he can shew
