Bench Warrt. agt. Thos Cuddy< no role > on the prosecution
of [..] Davis; in fact I prosecute this fellow
for on obeying Mr Supereds., this is the Sixth
Sessions & cant get him into Court; Any Gentn
of the Bar will oblidge me in Moving for the
Bail to be put in before me & 48 hours Notice
to be given to prevent his putting in
his usual Broomstick Bail before a Strange
MagistrateThe Bearer, will wait
for it.
