The humble Petition and Appear of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Great London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands and Seals of Two of his Majestys. Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex bearing date the 28th. day of January
last Ann Nelson< no role > was removed from and Out of the Parish of
St. Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of Middlesex into
Our Said Parish of St. Bartholomew the Great London as the
place of her last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Conceive
themselves Aggrieved by the Said Order or Pass Warrant
and humbly Appeal against the Same.

And your Petitrs. shall ever pray Etc
