To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session
of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of George Stubbs< no role > and Edward
Bindloss
< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster
one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Twenty ninth day of January 1774. Mary Clare< no role > aged
about Twelve Years was removed and conveyed from
and out of the Parish of Saint John the Evengelist in
the City and Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish
of Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex as the
place of her last legal Settlement Whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore humbly pray your Woships to appoint
as Short day in this present Sessions to hear and
determine the said Appeal

and your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
