for the County of Middx in their general
Sessions assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Saint Mary Alder mary in the City of
London

Sheweth


That by an Order of pass warrant under the Hands
and Seals of Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr. and Philip Dyot< no role > Esqr. two
of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the County of
Middx (one whereof being of the Quorum) Catherine Pickles< no role >
Widow of Daniel Pickles< no role > Wine Cooper deceased and her Son
named John< no role > Aged seven years together with Ruth Mary her
Bastard Child aged four years were removed from and out
of the parish of Saint Mary Islington to the said parish of
Saint Mary Aldermary by which your Petrs. conceive
themselves aggrieved and humbly appeal therefrom

Your Petrs. therefore humbly pray that
a day may be appointed for the hearing
and determining of their said Appeal and
that your Worships would make such
Order in the premises as to your
Worships shall seem just

And your Petrs. shall ever pray.
