That I havingExamind the
Foundation of Hicks's Hall & find the
samesound & upright &about Seven Feet
high to the Surface of the Street & Three
Bricks thick and that the same in
sound & upright

With respect to the Estimate of the Preparations
and alterations proposed in the plan approved
by the Committee not having had on opportunity
of doing the same I leg the indulgence of
the Commee to Postpone the report of the same to their
next Meetg.
