To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex

The humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the City of London

Sheweth

That by an Order or pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Charles Dead< no role > and Stop Clarke< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex (and one of them of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty sixth day of October in the year of our Lord 1773
Marg Woodworth< no role > was removed and Conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the City of London
in the place of her Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order or pass Warrant
by the said two Justices Appeal to this
Court against the same and humbly
pray that the benefit of the said Appeal
may be saved to your Petitioners and
thatthe [..] day may be appointed in this present Session for the hearing and determining
thereofmay be adjourned until the next

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
